Welcome to our Parenting Help and Advice website!
My name is Tina Cannon, Ph.D., LMHC and I am a licensed psychotherapist. I work with children, teens and adults in my practice. Much of the therapy with children and teens also includes working with the parents on parenting techniques to help their children and teens. I have a private practice in Winter Park, Florida. My husband and I also have two children of our own. Two beautiful little girls that are 7 and 2 years old. As infants, both our children had some physical challenges from birth including our 2 year old who was a GI feeding tube baby. So we have a lot of experience with going to speech therapy, occupational therapy and physical therapy for our children. It all was very successful and both children are doing great!
We decided to launch this Parenting Help and Advice website to share our knowledge, both professional and personal, about parenting and helping to raise happy, healthy children. Hope you enjoy reading our blog and feel free to leave comments on any of our posts.
